I'm a private owner, managing only my own properties. I take pride in offering quiet, well-maintained homes for responsible tenants. All my properties are single homes, duplexes, triplexes or small apartment buildings; most were built between the 1920's and the 1950's, with the charm of earlier eras, but updated with improved weatherization, efficiency and appliances.     

All are non-smoking; dogs are not accepted, cats are permitted in some. I don't usually require application fees.
